Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports to Adani Power: These Adani shares rise after Q4 results 2025

Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, Adani Power and Adani Green share prices rallied in early trade on Friday after the Adani Group companies announced their Q4 results 2025.

Adani Green Energy share price gained 2.64%, Adani Enterprises share price rallied as much as 3%, Adani Ports share price jumped 5.33%, while Adani Power shares rose 0.71%.

Among other Adani Group stocks, Adani Energy Solutions shares added 2.80% and Adani Total Gas stock price rose 1.6%.

Adani Ports Q4 results

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) share price rallied over 5% after the company’s consolidated net profit in the fourth quarter of FY25 surged 50% to ₹3,023 crore from ₹2,025 crore in the same period last year.

The company’s revenue from operations in Q4FY25 increased 23% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹8,488 crore, while EBITDA rose 24% YoY to ₹5,006 crore.

Cargo volumes for the March 2025 quarter touched 117.9 million metric tonnes (MMT), up 8% from 108.7 MMT in Q4FY24.

Nuvama Institutional Equities broadly maintained its estimates and reckoned revenue, EBITDA and PAT growth at 19%, 14% and 16% CAGR over FY25–28E for the company. It values Adani Ports share price at 18x FY27E EV/EBITDA, with a target price of ₹1,810 apiece, while maintaining a ‘Buy’ rating on the stock.

Adani group’s flagship company, Adani Enterprises, reported a 756% YoY jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹3,845 crore for the quarter ended March 2025, led by an exceptional gain of ₹3,286 crore from Adani Wilmar (AWL) stake sale of 13.5%.

Its consolidated revenue from operations in Q4FY25 declined 7.5% YoY to ₹26,966 crore from ₹29,180 crore, YoY.

Adani Power Q4 results

Adani Power reported a 4% YoY decline in net profit to ₹2,637 crore in the quarter ended March 2025. The company’s revenue in Q4FY25 rose 6.5% YoY to ₹14,237 crore from ₹13,364 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Adani is targeting 31GW of capacity by 2030, from its current capacity of 17GW. It has already tied up PPAs for ~3GW at attractive tariffs. The state DISCOMs are in process of floating PPAs. Central govt. has allocated 24GW worth of coal in recent past to states. As a result, we expect new tenders from state DISCOMs improving the outlook of the upcoming untied capacity.

Adani Power ended FY25 with higher operating capacity at 17.5 GW as against 15.2 GW in FY24, driven by acquisitions during the year, which supported a 20% YoY rise in Q4FY25 generation to 27 BU.

“Operational metrics have improved with PLF at 71% (+600 bps YoY) and PAF at 91%. Adani’s earnings were in line with our expectations. The company’s growth outlook remains solid, with a target of 31GW capacity by 2030. The state DISCOMs are in process of floating PPAs. Central has allocated 24GW worth of coal in the recent past to states. As a result, we expect new tenders from state DISCOMs improving the outlook of the upcoming untied capacity,” ICICI Securities said.

The brokerage firm retained a ‘Buy’ rating on Adani Power shares and increased the target price to 610 apiece from ₹600 earlier.

Adani Green Energy

Adani Green Energy share price gained nearly 3% after the company reported a net profit growth of 24% YoY to ₹383 crore in Q4. The company’s revenue from core operations rose 21.6% YoY to ₹3,073 crore.

Adani Green Energy’s consolidated Q4FY25 EBITDA rose 31% YoY and was up 28% QoQ, led by 30% YoY uptick in operational capacity and improvement in CUF, leading to 44% growth in sale of power.

“The management highlighted that the rains impacted Khavda project work in FY25, thus slowing capacity addition to 3.3GW, though FY26 guidance is healthy at 5GW, with 1GW likely to be commissioned within a month. Adani Green Energy now targets merchant+C&I share of ~25%; PSP exposure would also grow. Adani Green Energy;s FY25 EBITDA/APAT was slightly better than our estimate,” Emkay Global Financial Services said.

The brokerage firm retained its assumptions and earnings estimates, along with its target price of ₹1,500 and maintained a ‘Buy’ call for Adani Green shares.
